Smart Tourist Information System

The Smart Tourist Information System is a multilingual digital tourist information kiosk located at major tourist and transportation points across the nation. It provides various services, including information on tourist attractions, shopping, and restaurants, personalized travel recommendations, location-based maps, real-time traffic information, translation, taxi services, and an Open Tour Course. It offers convenient services such as free Wi-Fi, transportation card balance viewing, wireless mobile phone charging, and direct connection to the 1330 Tourist Interpretation Service.

The Smart Tourist Information System contributes to the relief of inconveniences experienced by foreign tourists in Korea and enhances digital capabilities in the field of contact-free tourist information services by offering a wide range of tourist convenience services.

The Smart Tourist Information System is working to expand tourism infrastructure through the establishment of a cooperation system and the promotion of joint projects with local governments, relevant organizations, and private companies.
