Promoted at 2018 Korea Culture and Tourism Festival in UAE

From November 1 to 3,
the 2018 Korea Culture and Tourism Festival was held
at the Beach Rotana Hotel in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Let’s head to Abu Dhabi and check out the Visit Korea Committee’s latest promotional efforts.

The festival at Abu Dhabi’s Beach Rotana Hotel
kicked off with an opening ceremony.
 
In addition to a non-verbal performance and a traditional culture performance,
the 2018 Korea Culture and Tourism Festival in UAE raised awareness of Korean culture through a 3D experience of Korea and a Najeon-chilgi lacquerware workshop.


The Visit Korea Committee prepared various souvenirs and events
to welcome visitors to its booth.


One of the most popular events was Yut,
a traditional Korean game.


On the last day, a Korea tourism seminar was held
for related organizations and local travel agencies.


During the Korea tourism seminar, the Visit Korea Committee
had the opportunity to introduce its range of programs,
including the 2016-2018 Visit Korea Year Campaign and the Korea Grand Sale.


Many industry representatives attended the booth consultation session,
and this was another indicator of the widespread interest in Korea tourism.

The Visit Korea Committee will continue to organize events around the world,
and strive to attract more foreign tourists to Korea.
