2024 Korea Grand Sale Special Experience Promotion

For the 2024 Korea Grand Sale, a special experience promotion was operated under the six themes of K-beauty, K-food, K-pop, K-esports, K-heritage, and K-performance to provide tourists visiting Korea with an opportunity to enjoy special experiences.
First, under the theme of K-beauty, two experience events were held!
These were the K-beauty makeup experience with a professional makeup artist at the MISSHA PLUS Myeong-dong Mega Store and the personal color test at Beauty Play in Myeong-dong.
The participants upgraded their beauty with help from experts!
Second, for K-food, a number of cooking classes were held.
From a cooking class to make Kyochon fried chicken sauce following a tour of Gwangjang market
to making Gimbap and Japchae at O’Kitchen Studio by Ottogi,
and finally a class to learn to cook Gungjung Tteokbokki from an expert of Korean cuisine at the main store of Shinsegae Department Store!
Participants had the opportunity to take their knowledge and skills to the next level for cooking delicious Hansik, or traditional Korean food, through the cooking classes.
For K-pop, the third theme, an experience program was provided that included a tour to the In The Soop shooting site for the global star boy groups BTS and Seventeen, as well as vocal and dance classes by professional trainers to give global K-pop fans a satisfactory experience.
The fourth theme was K-esports, which is the new and emerging K-culture.
With a visit to an LCK match at the esports stadium and tour of the office building of NCSOFT, the participants enjoyed a new experience of Korea’s esports.
The fifth was K-heritage!
Experiencing Korea’s traditional winter teas and sweet snacks at Kohojae of Korea House, foreign tourists could enjoy a relaxing time away from the cold winter in Korea.
Last was K-performance!
This was an experience promotion program for a coupon event at the Welcome Center. The event winners enjoyed Musical Chef at Myungbo Art Hall.
